Looking for healthy, easy, gluten-free jam recipes as an alternative to store bought jam?

I don’t know about you, but fruit is one of my favorite things to incorporate into my recipes during the summer. One, because lots of fruits are in season, so they’re fresh. Two, because a piece of fruit is sweet and refreshing on a hot summer day.

So I often look for different ways to incorporate fruit into my family’s meal plan. Recently I found a bunch of gluten-free jam recipes on Pinterest and I just had to share these 3:

Cinnamon Mango Jam

When searching for a any recipe, my main criteria is that it doesn’t have too many ingredients. With only 4 ingredients, this jam recipe from the Athletic Avocado is perfect. I love mangoes and this is the perfect jam when paired with coconut sugar and cinnamon.

Blueberry Jam

This easy blueberry jam recipe is from Lexi’s Clean Kitchen and I love that she added chia seeds to make it thicker and add more nutrients. Again, there are only 4 ingredients and it’s so much better for you than store bought jam.

Strawberry Chia Seed Jam

If you’re ever looking for amazing gluten-free, vegan recipes, you have to check out Gluten Free Vegan Pantry. She features amazing recipes, including this strawberry jam recipe. Hers calls for some maple syrup, but it’s optional since the strawberries are so sweet.
