That’s not a good start to your day. You want to eat a breakfast that leaves you energized to tackle everything you need to accomplish.
This melon and blueberry bowl recipe is an extremely easy and healthy breakfast idea:
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 small cantaloupe, halved, seeds removed
- 1 cup honeydew melon balls
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions:
- With melon baller, scoop balls from inside cantaloupes. Arrange cantaloupe balls and honeydew balls in 4 cantaloupe halves, distributing evenly.
- Evenly sprinkle with blueberries and serve immediately.
