A Fun Way to Enjoy Salad Again
Who ever said a salad has to be boring? This spinach pear salad recipe may not contain lots of ingredients, but it is far from boring.

Ingredients:
Salad
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 3 medium-ripe yellow pears
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- Salt
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cups chopped walnuts
Directions:
- In a salad bowl, place spinach, pears, and cheese.
- In a separate container, whisk together dressing ingredients, except walnuts, and toss with salad.
- Toast walnuts on a baking sheet in the oven heated to 325 degrees F.
- Sprinkle walnuts, while still warm, over the salad. Serve.
