Improve Your Health With Turmeric Essential Oil
You’ve probably heard of turmeric – it’s the spice that makes curries and other foods yellow in color. But have you heard about turmeric essential oil?

To use: dilute a few drops in fractionated coconut oil and massage the mixture into sore, stiff, or painful joints.

Some days can be difficult, especially if you suffer from anxious feelings. Turmeric is known to promote feelings of positivity and improve mood. One study with 123 patients showed that after 12 weeks of a low dose of curcumin and saffron were effective in decreasing anxiety symptoms (source).
To use: diffuse in your favorite diffuser or simply put a drop or two into your hard and inhale.

Turmeric supports clean and healthy-looking skin, while reducing the appearance of blemishes.
To use: add a drop of turmeric oil to your favorite facial moisturizer.
