Improve Your Health With Turmeric Essential Oil
You’ve probably heard of turmeric – it’s the spice that makes curries and other foods yellow in color. But have you heard about turmeric essential oil?
Maybe you’ve even seen it available as a supplement at your local health-food store or in a commercial. Turmeric, that comes in capsules and spice bottles, is a powder from a root and is dried and ground.

To use: place 1-2 drops into a veggie capsule and take daily.

Turmeric’s active components are known to block inflammatory cytokines and enzymes (source). That, plus it has been shown to improve circulation. All this makes it a great oil to use for joint pain.
To use: dilute a few drops in fractionated coconut oil and massage the mixture into sore, stiff, or painful joints.

Some days can be difficult, especially if you suffer from anxiety and depression. Turmeric is known to promote feelings of positivity and improve mood. One study with 123 patients showed that after 12 weeks of a low dose of curcumin and saffron were effective in decreasing anxiety symptoms (source).
To use: diffuse in your favorite diffuser or simply put a drop or two into your hard and inhale.

Turmeric supports clean and healthy-looking skin, while reducing the appearance of blemishes.
To use: add a drop of turmeric oil to your favorite facial moisturizer.
