Anytime of year is a great time to ‘spring clean’ your health by eating clean.
My kids LOVE French toast, so this simple clean recipe is one of our favorites. It takes 5 minutes and it’s only 250 calories per serving. With this meal, your kids get a complex carb, protein, fruit and a dash of a healthy fat.

- ¼ tsp. of cinnamon or as much as you like.
- 1 dropper of pure liquid stevia
- 1 tsp. of pure vanilla
- Berries of choice
- 1 tsp. of organic coconut oil
Instructions:
- Heat the coconut oil in a small skillet on medium heat.
- In a small dish, combine egg whites, cinnamon, stevia and vanilla
- Dip bread in egg mixture and cover, then flip to cover other side of bread
- Put both egg battered slices in the pan and cook over medium high heat until firm. (For non-toxic cookware, I like using ceramic).
- Put on a plate and top with berries .
