Goji berries have been used medicinally in Asian herbal remedies for over 5,000 years.   The goji berry is a vegetarian form of protein, packed with essential amino acids, rich in vitamin A and a good source of vitamin C.  They also possess over 20 trace minerals and additional vitamins.  That's hard to find in your regular day to day food!
