It's January! And to honor the first month of the year, I have decided to focus on celebrating a New Year and New You.

Saturdays in January are going to be all about weight loss. Being part of the weight loss and wellness industry for over fifteen years, I have seen everything known to mankind on losing weight. magic potions, lotions and drinks are always out there, circulating around with their promises of fast, quick weight loss.
